Date : Oct 18 2007

Background

The extraordinary qualities, charactertristic and the divine blessings of Sri Ashwathaamacharya to (Ibharamapura Appa) - young Krishna are described here

Meaning

The father of Krishna Sri Ahobalacharya Obalacharya very shortly came to know the symptoms that his son was a great Bhakta of extraordinary qualities. When his father was teaching the alphabets and words, he used to ask his father yesterday only you have taught this teach something new today. Obalacharya felt happy to know the thirst of learning. Obalacharya joy knew no bonds. In learning, playing and swimming Krishna was always the first, too beloved to his friends, always sharp, active, alert like a mercury. At the age of six Obalacharya performed the Upanayana of his Son Krishna and he himself took keen interest in teaching. After a few days boy Krishna became too serious, always thinking and pondering something in his heart. He stopped showing interest in learning. Always liked to be aloof and lonely. Obalacharya fixed a separate teacher for his education. There also Appa did not show any interest at all. Always in a thinking mood, stopped mixing with his friends. Became dumb, not talking with others, observed Mouna Vruta . This became a problem to the father Obalacharya. At last he lost his patience and scolded his son for not studying properly.

That day Krishna felt very bad, Heart filled with sorrow, left the home and went too far away from Ibhramapura. Krishna reached a thick forest, where no body was there. Profound and immense silence was prevailing there. Only the birds singing voice and the sound of the dried leaves moving for the wind and the sweet Voice of the Birds can be heard and nothing more. Krishna was simply Antarmukhi, sitting lonely. For how long he sat like this God alone knows! At that time an old man with the help of the walking stick came there, gazed the young Krishna and Krishna also swa with open eyes. Unusual brightness in the eyes he found. At the same time the old man asked why are you sitting in this lonely place? Krishna detailed the whole thing, his father scolded for not studying properly. Krishna was simply thinking about himself, who is he? why he came? But never afraid about that old man, The old man looked sober, gentle and spoke soft words affectionately. the face was glittering with some Divine Bliss, surprised to see him in that forest at that time. They both talked with each other as though they knew before and had a long relationship.

Krishna was in pensive mood, consoled him, wiped his tears. The old man was none but Ashwathamacharya of Mahabharata, the only Son of the Great Guru of Pandavas and Kouravas, Sri Dronacharya. Ashwathamacharya is Chiranjeevi, we all believe. So He asked our Krishna to open the mouth and stretch the tongue. Some Beejakshara Ashwathamacharya wrote wth Great Affection and said do not worry. You are owning the Purva Janma Punya abundantly, you are not an ordinary person, you are a man who will attain Siddhi. All the treasure of Knowledge will be yours. You will shine as Gnyani,Sajjana,Bhakta and Aparoksha Gnyana. You will become the torch and the guide to several Devotees of this world. Mantralaya is very near to your native Ibharamapura, Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertharu will be highly pleased with you and Rayaru will exhibit the Miracles by you to help the needy Satvikas at large. Saying this Ashwathamacharya patted on the back of Krishna, and touched his whole body and Blessed whole heartedly. The mere touch made him to feel something altogether a different man.

A Power was infused in his body, felt extremely happy, as though all the thousand Lotus Flowers have blossomed at a time in the pond of his heart. With great Regard placed his forehead on the feet of Ashwathamacharya and requested to Bless. Ashwathamacharya told that from today onwards there will be Siddhi Vruddhi Samruddhi in your life by the Blessings of Mantralaya Rayaru. After Showering Blessings to Krishna Ashwathamacharya left and disappeared. Those who have attained the Blessings of Ashwathamacharya have became Gnyanis. The Great Kumaravyasa Mahakavi took the Blessings of Ashwathamacharyas and wrote MAHABHARATA in Kannada in Bhaamini Shashtpadi.

Ashwathamacharya is Rudramsha, After having written the Beejakshara on the tongue of Krishna, he became a Gnyani, always inclined to read and gain abundant Knowledge of our Shastras,Puranas etc. His personality grew in manifolds. All called Krishna as Krishnacharya Krishnarya Ibharamapura’s Krishnacharya. Owing to his popularity, kindness he was called as Appa Ibharamapura’s Appa. A great Devotee of Hari Vayu Guru. It seems nobody has exceeded the record of Sudha Paaraayana of  Ibharamapura’s Appa. With intense Devotion done the Paaraayana of Sri Man Nyaaya Sudha of our Malkheda Sri Jaiteertharu several times and cannot be numbered. By the Paaraayana of Sudha the fragrance smell was always spreading from the body of Ibharamapura’s Appa. Appa has attained the Affection, Anugraha of Sri Madacharya, Sri Malkheda Jaiteerharu and Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertharu.

What a great Chetana full of gratitude towards Sri Hari Vayu Guru. We are lucky and fortunate to have all this legacy of Mantralaya.
